The Sigma Alpha Chi Spartans will take the field this Saturday night at Alumni Stadium with only one objective: defending their Turkey Bowl crown against the Pi Gamma Delta Royals.
With a 5-1 record, the Spartans come into this year’s Turkey Bowl as both defending champions and favorites after their successful season. Among their victories is a hard-fought 3-2 over the Royals in a regular season showdown. However, in the semifinals, the Royals defeated the Theta Kappa Chi Stallions, who served the Spartans their only loss of the season.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. at Alumni Stadium, the home of the Bruins. Fans can expect a night filled with cherished traditions, high energy and tasty concessions. The Turkey Bowl is a loved event by students and alumni alike. The teams will take the field in the same manner as every other Turkey Bowl, with their historic walkouts, these walkouts display each society’s spirit and amplify the excitement in the stands.
